Bo Perasol of Ateneo Blue Eagles Seems To Be Interested On Andrei Paras , The Son of Benjie Paras

"Choose a school where you'll feel at home-" Benjie Paras' advice to his son Andrei Paras

During the SEAOIL NBTC League All Star Game featuring outstanding High School ballers from all over the Philippines, Coach Bo Perasol, the new head-coach of the Ateneo De Manila Blue Eagles Men's Basketball Team was asked by Mr. Noel Zarate and Coach Alex Compton on who among the elite group of ballers has captured his interest.

Coach Bo seems to be impressed on LSGH Standout Andrei Paras. Though he didn't openly expressed that he wants to recruit him.

Good basketball background, basketball pedigree, and good work ethic are some of the things that Coach Bo mentioned on why he seems to be interested on Benjie Paras' son.

To those who don't know Andrei Paras, he's a 6'4-6'5 big man who can effectively shoot perimeter jumpers and rebound the basketball. His height and style of play remind me of his father, the Tower of Power Mr. Benjie Paras, although not on that magnitude yet, but I'm sure he'll get there someday.

Earlier this year, the UP Fighting Maroons, Benjie Paras' College Team, expressed their interest on Andrei.

And so, if ever Coach Bo tries to recruit Andrei, it will be a battle between two Katipunan Based Schools. Although, this time around, it will be in the field of player recruitment.
