Derrick Rose Dunks In Practice! His Hops Is BACK!

This is the high 80 percent condition that Derrick Rose is saying to the media few weeks ago. He dunked prior to the Chicago Bulls versus Oklahoma City (OKC) Thunder game.

From what I noticed, his sharp dribbling skills are already back as well as his mad hops. It seems that his post injury rehab has already served its purpose. A little more cardio workout and intense conditioning he’s good to go.

In the first week of February, Derrick said that “I'm not coming back until I'm 110 percent. Who knows when that can be? It can be within a couple of weeks. It could be next year. It could be any day. It could be any time. It's just that I'm not coming back until I'm ready."

Based on his game shape and practice dunk, he can make a comeback this March. It will all boil down to Derrick Rose’s decision.
