ESPN News has already disclosed the latest tally of the NBA All Star 2013 balloting and these are the top 10 players (from both East and West) who as of the moment have the most votes. They will most probably be the Starters in the upcoming 62nd NBA 2013 All Star Game in Houston. By the way, the All Star Game will happen on February 17, 2013 (US Time). The Skills Challenge and other NBA All Star Segments will happen on February 15-16 and the much awaited All Star Game will be on the 17th.
