My sources told me that the Lakers are eyeing the lefty guard, so much so that they categorize him as a top priority.
West, a 29 year old 6’3 guard has a lot of upside when it comes to running the point for the Lakers. He’s a veteran who can defend well against bigger guards. Scoring wise, he’s also capable. The thing is, he’s not that fast compared to Russel Westbrook and other combo guards. But the most important thing now for the Lakers is his leadership when it comes to tight situations.
