Coach Louie Alas vs NCAA Supervisor of Referees: Letran vs. San Beda Game 2 Incident

As you can see in the pictures above, an NCAA Official, who is apparently the Supervisor of Referees, Mr. Romy Guevarra (the one who was being pacified by a referee) had an altercation with Letran's Head Coach Mr. Louie Alas.

Minutes prior to the altercation, way back in the 3rd quarter of NCAA Season 88 Men's Basketball Finals Game 2, Coach Louie was given a technical foul after protesting the offensive foul that was called on his son Kevin Alas. I was probably looking at a different thing, but a friend of mine told me that he saw Coach Louie followed up his protest with a cut throat gesture.

There were some anxious moments and then the ballgame carried on.

Moments passed and then just before the final buzzer sounded, Mr. Romy stormed to the court. Thank goodness he was pacified by the referee.

Coach Louie refused to comment on the said altercation.

That kind of scene is relatively new to me. I have had not seen something like that.
