Running should never become a drag that's why adidas released an article that will help runners enjoy running. The article is called "Music Psychology: What running playlist suits your running personality."
The Article aims to help the runners who will run in the upcoming adidas King of The Road (KOTR) which will happen on September 30, 2012 at the Bonifacio Global City.
The Article suggests that runners should be able to discern what music genre will suit their respective personalities in order for them to run better.
"A big part of training comes in the form of what can enable you to perform at your best – from proper nutrition such as the right energy drink to the running playlist that would accompany you throughout the course – it is important to know what can boost your energy and endurance."
