The Rock a.k.a Asi Taulava has finally made a decision. According to his agent Ms. Sheryl Reyes, Asi Taulava will no longer re-sign with the MERALCO Bolts.
If that is the case, what will be Asi's next move? Is he ready to hang up his jersey in the rafters? A big NO!
At age 39 some critics would say that Asi's already too old to play competitive basketball, but Asi continues to defy the odds. Who would have thought that he can still register several double-double performances in the PBA Governors Cup. Those performances will prove that he can still play at a high level.
No wonder, the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) announced that there are a lot of teams that are interested in getting the services of Asi.
Will Asi be in a different league? Let's wait and see.
