Erase Plant-centa Captures 2nd WIN in PBA D-League Foundation Cup 2012 at The Expense of Cagayan Rising Suns

    By Kristina Caramel Sy

Erase Plantcenta won their 2nd game in the PBA D-League Foundation Cup 2012 elimination round in San Juan Arena against the Cagayan Rising Suns with a final score of 90-68.

Macky Acosta, the man of the match, produced 26 points and 4 rebounds was assisted by the Altas,
Jett Vidal who had 25 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals.

Erase Plantcenta, during the 1st half, tried to widen their lead against the Rising Suns. However, the Rising Suns were able to cut down Erase Placenta's lead to just 9 points heading into Half Time Break 39-30.

Erase Plantcenta stretched their lead in the early parts of the 3rd quarter, forcing the Rising Suns to rush their shots.

Unfortunately, Rising Suns, on their debut match, ended the game suffering from a two-digit deficit.

Plantcenta Head Coach Efren Garcia stated that the one-month line-up of the team executed their routine properly and produced a good shooting percentage on this match compared to their game against the Café France Bakers.
