Kenyon Martin To Join LA Clippers: Lob City Becomes Super Lob City!

One of the free agents this year, Mr. Kenyon Martin a.k.a K-Mart is now on his way to joining the newest contenders to win this NBA Season's Championship Crown, the Los Angeles Clippers or otherwise known as Lob City.

He is inclined to sign a 1 year contract worth 2.5 million dollars with the Clippers. It was confirmed by his agent, Mr. Andy Miller. He divulged the news earlier today.

The 34-year old and 6'9 K-Mart is still in China playing for a Chinese Professional Team. He has a one season Contract with them, thus, his return to the NBA to play for the Clippers might be delayed by a couple of months, up to the middle part of the current Season.

Now, For me, his return to play for the Clippers could mean more dunks, more blocks and a much deeper bench for the Clippers. But at the same time, his playing stint could be detrimental for the Clippers as he has history of being a hot headed player and a person who is addicted to dunking the ball even if he can just lay it up to the ring for sure two points. If he commits a lot of technical fouls and a lot of missed shots, his teammates' confidence could go down.

K-Mart should tone down his intensity. Instead of playing for more dunks and for more exciting plays on the court, he should learn how to play within his role. He should not force anything. He should be more than willing to play a role player's role behind De'Andre Jordan and Blake Griffin, otherwise, his team may just end up losing steam because of him.
