    Barako Bulls Defeat Rain or Shine Elasto Painters In PBA Season 37 Philippine Cup 2nd Meeting Sunday Edition

    Barako Bull put an end on their lossing streak as they beat the Rain or Shine Elastopainters, 106-102, for the 2nd game of the PBA 37th season yesterday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.

    Rain or Shine (ROS) made the Barakos struggle in stretching their lead as they answered Barako Bulls baskets.

    But the Barako Bulls tried to break the deadlock in the score during the 3rd quarter and they were able to give ROS their 1st double-digit deficit of 13, 84-71, via their 21-5 run.

    Mick Pennisi who ended the game with 21 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assist across his name still added some points to their two-digit lead as he together with Ababou and Salvacion sank 4 three pointers that pressured ROS to scored quickly.

    While they were hurrying their shots, ROS managed to have a 14-2 run that placed the Barako Bulls in a crucial situation with 10.4 secs. remaining on the clock posting a 104-102 tally on the score board.

    Since RoS was in need of time, they were forced to foul Mick Pennisi, but he was successful in sinking his charities which forbid the E-painters to tie the score as the Bulls won the game. The were able to avenge their lost against ROS in their first meeting.

    Tambak sana yan kaso ung mga refs medyo bias ang tawag. Nintindihan ko bakit napikon si Pena. Dapat sa game na un idouble check ng commissioner. Ang panget na tawag ng mga refs ang una o pinakanagpapabulok sa PBA.
