The FEU Tamaraws are slowly getting their long lost confidence back after they beat the NU Lady Bulldogs who finished 4th in last years PVF. The Lady Tamaraws started the game strong as they take the first set even without their leader Myka Morada on the floor. But, the Lady Bulldogs didn't give up as they strive to get the 2nd set. It was like a roller coaster ride from then on as both of the teams slugged it out to get the win. In the 3rd set, Myka Morada was forced to enter the game and as usual, the leader that she is, she immediately made an impact as she led her team to get the 3rd set. In the fourth set, NU stepped their game up, thus, they got it to force a 5th and final set. In the 5th set, FEU managed to get their game going. That's why the 5th set went in their favor.
This win of the Lady Tamaraws is important because the PVF Tournament is very short. They need to rack up some wins as early as now. The tournament opened last October 3 and without you noticing it, it will already end on October 9.
