The NBA Lockout means that there is a stoppage of work in the NBA because the Team Owners and the Players have not yet agreed on the salary cap. But there's more to it. That's just the tip of the Iceberg. Thus, I realized that having that kind shallow knowledge about the current NBA Lockout is not enough because we might end up being too judgmental on any of the parties involve. We might end up blaming solely the Team Owners or the Players just in case the NBA 2011-2012 Season won't push through. And so I sensed that I should provide you a short educational video discussing the nitti-gritty of the current Lockout. So here's what I got from YouTube.
