    Spain Beats Lithuania in FIBA Europe Championship 2011: Game Video Highlights and More





    Coming into this game against Lithuania (the host of this year's FIBA Europe), the Spanish Team is unbeaten and they are playing great. They showed how good they are against the hapless Lithuanian Team. The Spaniards pounced them into submission as they allowed Pau Gasol and his other Spanish teammates to blow the game wide open via their inside and outside attacks. The final score of this game was 91-79 in favor of Spain.

    The Spaniards were able to establish a big lead that's why they were able to fend off the rallies that were made by the Lithuanians. Take a look at the scoring by quarters:12-31 24-31 23-19 20-10. Lithuania also made an effort to fight but Spain was just too powerful.
