Ronnie Magsanoc and Nash Racela To Replace Ryan Gregorio and Chot Reyes Respectively As Meralco and TNT's Coach?

Coach Chot Reyes and Coach Ryan Gregorio will be leaving for Wuhan China to help Coach Rajko Toroman and the Smart Gilas Pilipinas get the Gold Medal in the FIBA Asia Championship 2011. The tournament will run for 2 weeks and thus, Chot and Ryan will also be away for 2 weeks. The obvious effect of them being away from their PBA Teams is that they will have to entrust the training and the teaching of their respective players to their assistant coaches, Nash Racela and Ronnie Magsanoc.

Nash and Ronnie will be acting as the head coaches of their respective teams for at-least 3 weeks because Chot and Ryan will only be back 1 week before the start of the PBA Season 37 on October 2.

Now, the question is, can they effectively handle the star players of TNT and Meralco? Well, I believe that they can work well with their players because both Nash and Ronnie are good persons and that they have been in the PBA for quite a long time now. They both have some good knowledge of the game that's why I believe that they can manage their players well while Chot and Ryan are away.
