San Sebastian Stags Beat The EAC Generals in NCAA Men's Basketball: 10-0 is Not Enough

The San Sebastian Stags are now playing inspired after their ground breaking victory against the San Beda Red Lions last Friday.

It seems that no one can stop them and yesterday they've just registered their 10th victory via a 99-63 win over Emilio Aguinaldo Generals (EAC).

As usual, Calvin "The Beast" Abueva led his team in beating the hapless EAC Generals. He had 34 points, 6 assists, 1 steal and 14 rebounds. Ian Sanggalang, the center of the Stags, added 16 points and 25 rebounds. Ronald Pascual on the other hand had 16 points, 2 assists and 5 rebounds. As you can see, Ian and Calvin both had a double-double performance and that's just too much for the EAC Generals. They can't stop them that's why they were able to break this game wide open en route to winning it via a large 36 point margin.

The Stags are feeling good of themselves as they stay unbeaten this season. They are the scariest team to face this year and who knows, they might sweep the NCAA season just like what San Beda did last year.

Meanwhile, in the first game the San Beda Red Lions beat the UPHDS Altas, 69-55. They've fortified their grip on the 2nd spot with a 9-1 win-loss record behind the league leading San Sebastian that have a 10-0 win-loss record.
