Rabeh Al-Hussaini Injured: Out For Petron For The Whole PBA Governors' Cup, Needs 6 Months To Recover

Last night in the game between Petron and B-meg I saw Rabeh Al-Hussaini fell on the ground while he was going against Marc Pingris in the 2nd quarter and then he just grimaced in pain. He was holding his right knee high. He was helped by some of his teammates go up and then he was brought to the locker room. He didn't went back into the game but thankfully his team won via 97-92 and more importantly they still have a chance to be in the PBA Governors' Cup Finals.

When Rabeh went down I had a feeling that he badly injured his knee because that was the first time that I saw him have that kind of reaction even when he was still playing for the Ateneo during his college days. My feeling appeared to be true as Rabeh already disclosed that he will have to undergo a surgery just to cure his right knee injury. He had a heart to heart conversation with Snow Badua. Here's what Rabeh said to Snow:
RABEH AL-HUSSAINI: Dyahe pare. Hindi ko gusto ang nangyari. Gusto ko nang magpa-opera ASAP para makabalik agad. Gusto ko pang lumaro.

RABEH AL-HUSSAINI:See'yall in 6 months. i'll be back stronger.
