UE Lady Warriors Beat Adamson Lady Falcons and FEU Lady Tamaraws in Volleyball Tune-Up Games Last Month

The photo came from Jimberly Dizon's Facebook Fan Page.

The UE Lady Warriors have been under the radar this past summer of 2011, but they are also making a move just like the other volleyball teams in the Philippines. They will not play in the Shakey's V-league Season 8 2nd Conference but they played some tune-up games against Adamson and against FEU.

I found the said news from Jimberly Dizon's Facebook Fan Page. According to it, the UE Lady Warriors beat Adamson in a tune-up game. Here are the set scores in that game: 25-19, 25-16, 25-19. It also stated that they were also able to beat the FEU Lady Tamaraws in a tune-up game last month. They defeated FEU via 3 straight sets: 25-17, 25-15, 25-15. But here's the catch, Ellaine Roces played for the Lady Warriors in those 2 tune-up games. We all know that she's been playing bad for the Lady Warriors but this time she showed her real game. She showed her power and dexterity in those 2 testy games. Roces definitely increased her team's power.

Ms. Masangkay, one of the greatest setters of UE will also be making a comeback for the Lady Warriors. She started her comeback with those 2 tune-up games which resulted into 2 wins.

Masangkay and Roces will definitely be big for UE in the UAAP Season 74 Volleyball Games which will start on November.

Here's the exact statement that I found in Jimberly Dizon's Facebook Fan Page.

"Teamwork eh. Deep bench sila eh. Bulan daw impressive. Si Roces and Dawis nagcocomback ang laro. Yung Rosale syempre gumagawa pa rin as well as Caballero and Dizon. Saka bumalik na yung dati nilang setter na magaling na si Masangkay. :)"

I watched the game and it is Ellaine Roces who improved and had more power....Sue Roces is an assistant coach...TY.
