To discover the joy in 3 on 3 basketball, to help the youth enhance their 3 on 3 basketball skills, and to realize the youth's passion for 3 on 3 basketball, these are the 3 essential aims of the very first Sprite NBA 3 on 3 event that started yesterday at the Mall of Asia Music Hall.
The NBA partnered with Sprite in staging this momentous 3 on 3 event in the Philippines. The organizers of this event gave the reasons why Sprite was chosen to be the partner of the NBA in doing this event. They said:

Ballerspinas was very fortunate to be invited in the event. I saw one of NBA's most hard working player, Horace Grant along with the New York City Dancers. What I like about Mr. Horace Grant is that he's really cool and he smiles a lot.
Horace Grant was the biggest star who is in the event. He shared some important lessons to the up and coming stars of the Philippine Basketball, the Energen Pilipinas Under 16 Boys' Basketball team. The whole team was present in the event. These people made the event more colorful.
I also saw my idol, Olsen Racela who is now the coach of the Energen Pilipinas Under 16 team.
The Sprite NBA 3 on 3 event captured the attention of the basketball fans in the Mall of Asia because it was really a big event. Here's a top view picture of the event. People flocked into the Music Hall to watch the games.
The event will run from July 1 up to July 3, Sunday. If you want to catch the championship games just visit Mall of Asia Music Hall tomorrow.
