San Beda Red Cubs To Capture ASEAN Basketball Championship 2011: 1 Win Away from Getting the Title against Malaysia

After successfully getting their back to back FilOil Flying V Juniors Basketball title, the San Beda Red Cubs are on their way to adding another feather on their hats as they barge into the ASEAN Basketball Finals today, July 6, 2011. The Red Cubs are representing the Philippines in this league. They will go against Malaysia at exactly 3:00 p.m. at the ITE College Simei Indoor Stadium in Singapore for the right to be declared as the ASEAN Champions.

Daryl Nazareno, Arvin Dave Tolentino, and the FilOil Juniors MVP Francis Abarcar will lead the Red Cubs against Malaysia. Arvin Dave Tolentino is the new big man of the Red Cubs. He's a strong big man who can notch double-double numbers just like the former Red Cub's Center, who's now in La Salle, Fonso Gotladera. Good luck and God Bless to the Red Cubs. Bring home the bacon.
