Philippine Patriots of the ASEAN Basketball League Wants to Recruit Paul Lee and Other 2011 PBA Draftees: ABL or PBA? Paul Lee Has To Choose!

The PBA Draft 2011 will already be on August 28, 2011. Marcio Lassiter and Chris Lutz of the Smart Gilas Pilipinas Team together with 8 other players were the first ones who passed their application forms for the said draft. Together they are known as the "Early Birds of the PBA Draft 2011". But the number of draftees are expected to decrease because there was a breaking news which I got from our dear friend Snow Badua's Twitter Account.

Allegedly, according to his Tweet, there's a team in the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL)known as the Philippine Patriots that's tempting or luring some players who want to enter the PBA Draft to instead play for them in the ABL. Paul Lee, the former UE Red Warrior is reportedly one of their targets along with other draftees and former PBA players.

    Here's Snow's Tweet.

"Aside from PAUL LEE, The PHILIPPINE PATRIOTS are reportedly luring other 2011 PBA DRAFT hopefuls and unsigned Pros to beef up their roster."
