The 8 weight division world boxing champion, Congressman Manny Pacquiao, is nominated in the FOX Teen Choice Awards for the Male Athlete Category. Along with him, the NBA Finals MVP Dirk Nowitzki and the baseball player Albert Pujols are also nominated to win the award.
As what is stated in the Teen Choice Awards website:
"The Teen Choice Awards will celebrate the "hottest icons in film, television, music, sports and fashion."
The promulgation of the award will be on August 7, 2011. It will be a 2 hour long show so expect a bombastic event. I just hope that our pride, Manny Pacquiao will win the award. Go Philippines!
