San Sebastian Stags Unveiled 2 New Recruits For NCAA Season 87 Basketball Wars

With Sudan Daniel out for the rest of the season for San Beda, their arch rival, the San Sebastian Stags continue to polish their line-up with the addition of their two new promising recruits, Bobby J. Balucanag and Josh Grilli.

Balucanag is a transferee from Araullo University in Cabanatuan City. He can play the Small forward and Power Forward positions. He resembles the style of playing of Gilbert Bulawan. The only difference is that Balucanag can jump high and he can dunk the ball whenever he's given the opportunity to do so. I'm not trying to scare the other NCAA teams but this guy is really a beast on the court. Some people even call him the next Calvin Abueva. He was given a little exposure in the 2011 FilOil Flying V Hanes Premier Cup just to make his feet wet for the NCAA Season 87. Here are his pictures.

Here's Balucanag dunking with all force.

Josh Grilli on the other hand is from Batangas City. He's a Fil-am player and he played for the Ucluelet Secondary School Warriors in Vancouver Canada. During his High School days he was known as a scorer who can pitch in 10-15 points per game. He's a graceful player who plays like Shaun Livingston of the Los Angeles Clippers. He's a lanky player who can play the shooting guard position and sometimes the small forward position. He's a good slasher and a good mid range shooter. Here are his pictures.

To give more hype for the San Sebastian Stags, here's a Stags tribute video from YouTube.

I have yet to see Josh Grilli in action! Why is he kept on the bench? Is he injured? Jonathan Semira is out for the season, this could have been his chance to shine!

Grilli's handle is the suspect, he's quite tall to play Semira's position. He's more of a twinner. Baste is still developing the kid. But who knows.... he might have some playing time....
