Ricky Rubio Helps A family In Need: A True Christian Who Knows What Charity Is

Jun 25 2011-So far, the Spanish players in the NBA have been living up to their Christian faith. I once saw Pau Gasol doing a sign of the cross when he was fouled hard in one of their playoff games against the New Orleans Hornets and now I read in NBA.com that Ricky Rubio of the Minnesota Timberwolves volunteered to help a family that was badly affected by a tornado attack.

In a very busy day, Ricky Rubio went out to go shopping with a young boy who was a member of the devastated McPherson family. The boy's name is Little Taj.

Ricky Rubio first bought a teddy bear for the boy and then they proceeded to buy some necessities for the boy's family. After his good deed, Rubio said:

"For these guys, whatever (they need). It's so fun. I love the kids. He's amazing. I know sometimes, I don't know why, bad things happen. Everybody has to help to try to be unselfish and part of the (community)."
