Rafael Nadal Beats Roger Federrer In 2011 Roland Garros: Ties The Record of Bjorn Borg

Rafael Nadal has once again made history as he won the the 2011 Roland Garros. He now have 10 Roland Garros titles, tying the record of Bjorn Borg. With this win against Roger Federrer in the Finals of Roland Garros 2011, Nadal has just fortified his tight grip on the world number 1 tennis player title. Novak Djokovic stays as the world number 2 while Nadal's arch rival, Roger Federrer stays as the world number 3.

In the 2011 Roland Garros Finals, Nadal went up against Roger Federrer. As what I saw, this match will go down the history books because this match made my heart jump and that's just a proof on how intense it was. Nadal won via 3 sets to 1. Here are the scores per set.

Nadal is on a hot streak. Last time, he won his 6th French Open Title against Federrer and now we've seen him winning his 10th title in Roland Garros against the same opponent. This is Nadal's 10th grand slam title. Federrer on the other hand was aiming for his 17th grand slam title but he has been stopped by Nadal in several instances. Federrer now have 0 wins and 5 losses against Nadal everytime they meet in the finals in Paris.
