Filipino Designs Olympic Commemorative Coin: Roderick Rodriguez Makes All Filipino Proud

To be part of the 2012 London Olympics that's the goal of any person from all walks of life. I believe that any person will do anything just to be mentioned side by side with the Olympics, with any of its aspects or with any thing that is related to it. A Filipino in the identity of Roderick Rodriguez, was able to be part of the upcoming 2012 Olympics. He was a graphic designer. He's the chosen one who designed the Olympic Commemorative Coin that's now in the European money circulation since yesterday.

They have not yet released a very detailed design of the coin but the whole idea revolves around one goal. Mr. Rodriguez said the goal of his design. He said, "People will keep them and that's what makes it valuable."
