Dallas Mavericks' Owner, Mark Cuban Gets The Trophy From Dirk Nowitzki

As you can see in the picture above, Mark Cuban, the Mavericks' owner is holding the NBA Western Conference Finals trophy. Normally we'll see the captain ball or at least the head coach holding the trophy while posting in front of the camera. Dallas' owner didn't give the trophy to Dirk or to Jason Kidd or to Rick Carlisle. He doesn't seem to know how to give back the favor to those who really worked hard to get the Conference championship. Look at the players' reactions. Jason Terry seemed to be longing to hug the trophy because it's his first time to win a conference Finals and look at Jason Kidd, he seems so excited to get hold of that trophy but he can't because Mark Cuban is hoisting it up. For me, Mark Cuban should be tapping the backs of his players while they are holding the trophy as a team. He should let them hold it as long as they want. After all they were the one's who worked hard for it.

Dirk and the Dallas Mavericks have just entered the NBA Finals to face the Miami Heat. It will only be the second time of Dallas to be in the NBA Finals. They last entered it in 2006 against the Heat and again they will face each other next week for the NBA Finals. Mark Cuban should have known that his team needs to cherish that Conference Finals trophy and they should make that as their inspiration to get the NBA Finals Trophy.
