The UST Growling Tigers have redeemed themselves after losing against the NU Bulldogs. They managed to beat the NCAA runners up last year, the San Sebastian Stags with the score of 104-102. San Sebastian paraded a complete line-up despite the rumors that some of their players will transfer to FEU.
It was a close fight all throughout but UST's heart propelled them to victory. The game ended with a double overtime. UST now has 2 wins and 1 loss record.
