Perpetual Help Beats Adamson Lady Falcons In V League Season 8 First Conference 2011: Adamson Forfeited Their Game

The Adamson Falcons suffered a terrible lost in the hands of the Perpetual Help volleybelles in their first meeting in the V-league Season 8 first conference. This lost was not because they are weak, but because they made a terrible mistake in fielding in their new player, Faye Guevarra. Guevarra is Dulce Pante's recruit. Mommy Dulce wants to give her some playing time in order for her to get some exposure for the upcoming UAAP Season 74 Volleyball wars.

Adamson was on their way to beating the Altas in three straight sets with the scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-19 but they were puzzled after knowing that this impending victory will be forfeited due to player eligibility violation. Their win was later on forfeited. Coach Dulce can't believe what happened. She has all the reason to be disappointed because in V-league, every game counts.

Faye Guevarra didn't play in the last UAAP Season 73 for the Falcons, thus reading through the V-league by laws, a player who has not played a single season for her team will not be eligible to play in the Shakey's V-league.

Mommy Pante said that she was not well aware of this kind of rule, but because she's a sport person, she took this setback lightly.

The Perpetual Altas has just gained their second straight win while the Falcons will drop to 1 win and 1 loss.
