The Philippine Azkals' head coach Michael Weiss is not wasting any time as he flew immediately to Germany to recruit some very promising Fil-German booters. He has his eyes on the fresh lad Kevin Ingreso and the German assassin Brian Hoffman. The Azkals are preparing for the upcoming home-and-away World Cup qualifying matches which will start on June 29, 2011 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Kevin Ingreso is an 18 year-old Fil-German who is an attacking midfielder. He stands 5'10. He was born on October 2, 1993. He is currently playing for the Under 19 team of Hamburger SV. They're the best performing team in the tournament.
Brian Hoffman is also one of the favorites of coach Weiss. Hoffman has a big but light body which is perfect for the World Cup. He is a 19 year-old jock. He is from the Youth Academy in Verein fur Bewengungsspiele.
