    Memphis Grizzlies Beat San Antonio Spurs In Game 6: Enters Semis To Face Oklahoma Thunder





    The Memphis Grizzlies continue to defy the odds as they beat the second best team in the NBA right now, the San Antonio Spurs.They have just made an NBA history by beating the San Antonio Spurs. They have become one of the for 8th seeded team to beat a first seeded team in the NBA Playoffs. They finished this series 4 games to 2. They have advanced in the second round and they will face the Oklahoma City Thunder.

    Marc Gasol had a double double with 12 points and 13 boards. He made a ferocious dunk late in the fourth quarter. He received a gorgeous pass from Mike Conley Jr.. Gravis Vasquez was also huge for the Grizzlies as he attacked Manu Ginobilis defense. He made a crucial tear drop shot. In the first quarter they lead the game with 10 points, 12 to 2.

    The biggest hero for Memphis is Tony Allen. He made crucial steals and he made terrific shots to energize his team. His experience with the Celtics was shown in this series. Zach Randolph had 31 big points to lead the way for Memphis. He has been playing with the underdogs. He has played for Portland, New York and now for Memphis. Hopefully he'll win an NBA Championship ring this year. Darnell Arthur also made crucial plays. He did a great defensive job on McDYESS. He made a great block that hit the back board that led to a run. He had 8 points.

    Tony Parker has been the offensive source for the Spurs. He shot 10 out of 17 shots from the field.

    Memphis' coach Lionel Hollins was so happy for his team's performance.
