The value of good health comes with a price. This is not a categorical statement because we can still have good health if we will be active and dynamic with our life. One way of getting active is by attending marathon events because running is a form of exercise that removes unwanted fats and toxins from our bodies. So get up and run and shed off those unwanted fats.

This coming summer, Adidas will again hold a running event known as the Adidas King of The Road 2011. It will be on October 23, 2011. 20,000 runners are expected to attend the said big event. The venue will have to be big in order to accommodate such a number of participants. The venue will be at the Bonifacio Global City, The Fort.

The Adidas King of The Road will have 3 race categories. The 5K, 16.8K, and 21K running events for their participants. The 10K category was replaced by the 16.8K.

Here are the important things that you should know about the event. I was able to get a copy of these informations last March 3, 2011 when I attended the Adidas King of The Road press conference.

    2. Adidas KOTR 2011, a race that has been held for over 10 years now, sports a new logo this year. KOTR will also feature a different theme each year, beginning with this year’s theme titled ‘Colours’. This is represented through the variety of different coloured adidas singlets participants will wear for free, yet another first for KOTR this year. The multi-colour showcase is meant to demonstrate the vibrancy of the sports scene across Southeast Asia. Each participants will wear this for free.
