In a club in New York, Amar'e Stoudemire asked Carmelo Anthony if he can come into the party. Melo nodded at the invitation.
This party was interpreted by New York fans as Amar'e's way of inviting Melo to join the Knicks. Apparently they were friends and the act of luring him to leave Denver and join the Knicks is not true. But there are persons who second the act of Amar'e's inviting Melo to the Knicks for a more formidable championship campaign.

This is a sham. They're just friends and that's it. Amar'e won't ask Melo those questions. But if Melo would join the Knicks, Isiah Thomas, Knicks' team manager, would be happy. The whole of New York will be happy because Melo will be back to the place where he started playing ball.
