Lana Lawless is a transgender woman meaning she's not a natural girl. But is that enough for her to be banned from LPGA or The Ladies Professional Association? She's been in the league for a couple of years now and then all of a sudden after getting her first World Championship last year she's now banned to join the league? How come? Did someone made a protest against her?
The LPGA is a league exclusively made for women, first they admitted her and definitely they know her history.
Lana was a former police officer way back in 2008 and after discovering that she has knack for putting. She became famous for her 254-yard shot to become the world champion in long-drive play.
The rule book of LPGA came and it was all of a sudden a she's now barred from joining the tournament. And it prevented her from making a repeat performance or a grandslam. She's now in a battle against the gender binary.
The police in the United States of America are now tasked to implement and to require participants in the LPGA to be natural females at the time of their birth.
It made Lana Lawless to file a lawsuit against both units, alleging those rules are not contemplated by the Civil Rights protections of California. Will her lawsuit progress?
The last jurisprudence regarding this kind of issue came during the 2004 Olympics wherein many bisexuals and androgynous athletes were disqualified. Is it analogous with the case at hand?
