Jenn Sterger Extortion Case Of Brett Favre

Here's Jenn Sterger together with her hottie friends in some party for NFL. She's the one wearing the brown bikini.

Jenn Sterger is a sexy and voluptuous model and television host and a former online writer for Sports Illustrated.

In August 2008 she got her big break when the New York Jets hired her to be the host of Gameday for the said team.

She's now facing a big problem after having been seen to have an affair with Brett Favre of the Minnesota Vikings. She's accused of extortion for having asked a sum of money from Brett in exchange that she will not divulge some controversial videos, pictures and other obscene informations.

According to The St. Paul Pioneer Press here's the evidence of Jenn's criminal act:

“Jenn Sterger, the subject of the NFL’s investigation into Brett Favre’s behavior, would decline the league’s interview request if she and the Vikings quarterback reach a financial settlement that would prevent her from any potential legal action against Favre, the Pioneer Press has learned. The settlement would include a confidentiality agreement between the two that would effectively stop the NFL, which does not have subpoena power, from speaking with Sterger about Favre.”

Extortion as a criminal offense happens when there is an when a person unlawfully obtains either money, property or services from a person(s), entity, or institution, through force or coercion.

The hot star Jenn Sterger was asking Brett Favre to give her money to keep her quiet. It is very clear. That act can really be a form of extortion.

As a defense she could have filed an action for sexual harassment against Favre but it was too late. The 180 days prescription period in the United States Law has already been applied.

If Favre could have paid her it would appear that he too is guilty of marital infidelity and guilt.

Both of their actions would be detrimental to each of them.

If ever this case will prosper we will again experience a Karen Sypher and Rick Pitino like situation.

This is again a lesson for big time athletes. Never ever mess with a girl especially if you're already married or committed to someone.
