This high flyer hotshot is a chick magnet since Highschool. He studied in Claret Highschool Q.C. he later on moved to Letran for basketball exposure and after his high school days he tried out for the Ateneo Basketball Team.
He was born on November 18, 1983 in Quezon City, Philippines.
He was placed in the Team B of Ateneo and upon his 2nd year in college he became a member of Team A. In 2002 when he was still a bench player for Ateneo his team won the championship.
He had a hard time in getting his minutes and so he practiced really hard to get coach Norman Black's attention. In his third year in college he got more playing time. In 2006 when his last season in the UAAP has come they played against the UST growling Tigers in the championship but they loss to the Tigers. It broke his heart and he promised to himself that he will be better in the PBA.
During his PBL days he played for Harbour Centre Batang Pier. He won several championships there and he made a great impression to the PBA scouts.
The following year he applied for the PBA Draft. He was drafted by the Air21 Express but he was traded to the Ginebra Gin Kings where he is currently playing in the PBA Philippine Cup Season 36.
