Gino Jumao-as San Sebastian and Baser Amer San Beda The Futures of Philippine Basketball

Baser Amer the Student Athlete:

Baser Amer was the regular season and finals MVP of the NCAA Juniors basketball tournament. He showed his brilliance in their final game this NCAA season against San Sebastian Staglets. He fought against Gino Jumao-as of San Sebastian. It's as if they were Derrick Rose versus Tyreke Evans when they were in highschool. So far, Baser Amer and this Jumao-as of San Sebastian have the best handles and cross-overs that I've seen after Mark Caguioa and Jay Jay Helterbrand. So refreshing! Cheers Philippines! We have just seen the future of our Basketball.

Here's Gino Jumao-as going to the line. All around player?

Amer did it all for the San Beda staglets. A superstar pointguard indeed. He made 25 big points and 13 assists, but Jumao-as made 32 points to counter his performance. Indeed a true star can make his teamates look better. That's what Amer did to Von Chavez, and Ponso Gotladera. It resulted to a win via 95-84. It was Beda's 18th championship in the Juniors basketball of NCAA. They are now tied with the Mapua Red Robins.

If you want to see what I'm saying here are the videos of highschool phenoms from the US who plays like Amer and Gino, video from YouTube:
