It was a very sweet victory for the Argentinians because they beat their rival team, which is Brazil. Argentina advanced to play Lithuania on Thursday.
His teamate Carlos Delfino of the Milwaukee Bucks helped in the scoring for Argentina with 20 points and Hernan Jasen scored 15 in the fourth quarter for them. They avoided an early exit in the World Championship.
