Adidas TS Heat Check vs Nike Hyperfuse: Rubbershoes Review

I went to SM Mall of Asia with my friends and as always I went to the sports shops that are in the mall. My number one goal is to see the newest shoes that Adidas and Nike have released. I asked the store manager and he said "ah, sir. for Nike they have the new "Nike Hyperfuse" and for Adidas they have the "TS Heat Check," TS stands for Team Signature.

Here are the top view pictures of the two shoes:

My first impression upon seeing those shoes above is "Cool!" Indeed they are cool because they both feature the 360 degree air circulation that let's your feet feel comfortable and fresh while playing with a great degree of intensity.

Both of these shoes can be used both for indoor basketball and outdoor basketball game because of their soles. Adidas TS Heatcheck have Torsion system which absorbs the impact and pressure of the feet together with the non-marking and cushioning system which is perfect for outdoor activities. While the Nike Hyperfuse made use of the solar soles which is very light, a great shock absorber and very flexible. It seems that Adidas and Nike are motivated by mesh running shoes which are comfortable and breathable. The mesh running shoes, has a fantastic grip which is perfect for pointguards and shooting guards.

Here's the back part shots of both of the shoes:

Here's what the Adidas geeks say about the TS Heat Check:

The TS Heat Check features a combination of mesh and synthetic leather with patent FORMOTION pods. The highlight however comes in the form of heat sensitive materials on the shoe's three stripes which change colour with heat so your teammates and coach will know if you're busting your ass on court! The two-tiered lacing system also gives the wearer the option of either leaving the tongue out or tucking it back in, with the latter providing enhanced ankle support and lock-down during play. Look for 'em later this year...

Here's what the Nike people say about the Nike Hyperfuse:

It looks more like the Zoom Skyposite and seems to lack all the unifying characteristics of the Hyper- ballers, except that it’s one hell of a futuristic design. Instead of Flywire, the side panels (and toes) are covered in what looks to be the new Torch fabric. You can count on these to be extremely lightweight and breathable, and you’ll see after the jump that it’s a design that looks cool in a variety of colourblocking schemes.

Here are the available colors for both of these shoes:

Who wears TS Heatcheck and Who wears Nike Hyperfuse?

Derrick Rose and Michael Beasley use the New TS Heat Check. Whereas, the Nike Hyperfuse is being used by Rajon Rondo.
