The Best Pointguard in The NBA

    Office Map

The debate on who is the best pointguard in the world has been on, but when Chris Paul and Deron Williams came into the league in 2006 the answer of who is the best pointguard has been Chris Paul. In fact, because of being second to Kobe Bryant in the MVP Award during the 2007-2008 NBA Season his reputation as the greatest pointguard has been rebuffed. He has held this reputation for two years. He averaged 26 pts and 10 assist per game. He is double-double monster. But having been injured in the 2009-2010 season, his arm and calf injury he was sidelined for more than half of the season. With this problem of his, Deron Williams came into the scene. With Chris Paul just being 6'0 flat and with Deron Williams standing 6'4, Deron Williams has the ability to post up smaller players and he can rebound the ball better than Chris Paul. In the playoffs 2010, Deron Williams' ability to post up smaller defenders come in handy for the Utah Jazz and thereby making him the best of all pointguards out there. He also averages 23 pts. and 9 assist per game. Reggie Miller votes for Deron Williams as the greatest Pointguard ever.
